QUESTION: How are domestic packages shipped?
All domestic packages are discreetly packaged and shipped in a standard mailer box, plain bags or mailers with a shipping label. There will be no indication as to what the package contains and our logo will not be on the outside of the package.

You are free to place an order as a guest, although we encourage you to create an account for ease of future purchases.

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 4 pm EST will process the same day. Orders placed after 4 pm EST will be processed the next business day. We ship to all addresses in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We are not able to offer expedited shipments to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Your order status can be viewed in your account details or accessed via the order status link in your order confirmation email. Please email email@example.com with further questions.
QUESTION: What is your return policy?
You may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase, plus a $10 restocking fee. We will provide a free shipping label. Items must be unopened, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. The following items are ineligible for returns: opened toys, opened lingerie, worn apparel, all condoms, all lotions, all lubricants, and all sale items.
To return a product, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will provide a prepaid UPS label. Affix the UPS label to your package and bring it to a UPS drop-off location.
QUESTION: Can I return an item using my own return label?
Returning an item with your own label is at your own risk. You must ensure that the item is adequately packaged and insured. Items that are lost in transit or damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for a refund.
QUESTION: Can I return my Pleasure box?
When returning a Pleasure box, the entire box must be completely returned for credit. Each individual product must be in its original packaging and unopened. Products from the kit cannot be individually returned.
If there is a warranty-related issue with one particular item, please contact email@example.com with the specific issue, and we will provide a replacement for that individual product.
QUESTION: Do you offer refunds?
If you return a product to us in accordance with the Pleasuremesexy return policy, you will receive a refund to your original payment method. Refunds will be in the amount of the product price plus taxes, minus the original shipping cost and a $10 restocking fee. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of our receipt of the returned product(s). Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear in your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
QUESTION: What do I do if the product I received does not work or is damaged?
Products are considered faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing fault occurs. Products damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. If you return a damaged or defective product, we will refund the initial shipping charges paid by you in addition to the amount of the product price and taxes, if applicable.
