Refund policy

 Refunds are only granted in the unlikely event, you receive a defective product, you may exchange the defective product within 30 days of your invoice date. If you return a product to us in accordance with the Pleasuremesexy return policy you will receive a refund to your original payment method. Refunds will be in the amount of the product price plus taxes, minus the original shipping cost and a $10 restocking fee. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of our receipt of the returned product(s). Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear in your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
