Your order will be processed and shipped within 5 business days after the order is placed - excluding weekends and holidays.
You will receive an Order Confirmation email when your order is processed, which will include your UPS tracking number.
RETURNS
Due to the intimate nature of the Pleasuremesexy product line, returning a product is not possible. However, in the unlikely event, you receive a defective product, you may exchange the defective product within 30 days of your purchase date. A duplicate item or store credit will be granted. All products are non-returnable.
Eligible items are returnable within 30 days of purchase. Shipping is free with our label. Items must be unopened, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. The following items are ineligible for returns: opened toys, open apparel, all condoms, all lotions, all lubricants, and all sale items.
To return a product, please email info@pleasuremesexy.com. We will provide a prepaid UPS label.
Returning an item with your own label is at your own risk. You must ensure that the item is adequately packaged and insured. Items that are lost in transit or damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for a refund.
When returning kits, all products included in the kit must be returned to receive credit. Each individual product must be in its original packaging and unopened. Products from the kit cannot be individually returned. If there is an issue with one particular item, please contact info@pleasuremesexy.com with the specific issue, and we will provide a replacement for that individual product.
