ORDER SHIPPING

We ship to all valid USPS addresses in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, as well as to Canada and many international destinations worldwide. We are not able to offer expedited shipments to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 4 pm ET will process the same day. Orders placed after 4 pm ET will be processed the next business day. Expedited orders placed Monday through Friday before 11 am ET will ship the same day. Expedited orders placed after 11 am ET or on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.

All orders ship free with Standard Shipping. Expedited or Next Day Shipping rates will be displayed at check out based on item(s) ordered and zip code.

•Standard Shipping - USPS - three to five business days
•Expedited Shipping - UPS 2nd Day Air - two business days
•Next Day Shipping - UPS Next Day Air - one business day

All orders are shipped in plain boxes or bubble mailers to ensure privacy.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are pleased to offer international shipping to Canada and destinations worldwide via DHL Express. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost at checkout.

ORDER TRACKING

Upon completing your order on our website, you'll receive a confirmation email from us. Your email confirmation includes your order number as well as a link to view the status of your order. RETURNS

Eligible items are returnable within 30 days of purchase. Shipping is free with our label. Items must be unopened, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. The following items are ineligible for returns: opened toys, opened lingerie, worn apparel, all condoms, all lotions, all lubricants, and all sale items.

To return a product, please email info@pleasuremesexy.com. We will provide a prepaid UPS label.

Returning an item with your own label is at your own risk. You must ensure that the item is adequately packaged and insured. Items that are lost in transit or damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for a refund.

When returning kits, all products included in the kit must be returned to receive credit. Each individual product must be in its original packaging and unopened. Products from the kit cannot be individually returned. If there is an issue with one particular item, please contact info@pleasuremesexy.com with the specific issue, and we will provide a replacement for that individual product.

REFUNDS

If you return a product to us in accordance with the Pleasuremesexy return policy you will receive a refund to your original payment method. Refunds will be in the amount of the product price plus taxes, minus original shipping cost and a $10 restocking fee. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of our receipt of the returned product(s). Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear in your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

Products are considered faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing fault occurs. Products damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. If you return a damaged or defective product, we will refund the initial shipping charges in addition to the amount of the product price and taxes, if applicable. To return a faulty, defective, or damaged product, please follow the instructions above under "Returns."
